The Activation Operator Accelerator is an 8-week live group coaching and implementation program designed to help photo booth operators reposition their businesses toward corporate activations. The program includes live sessions, 1:1 access, community membership, and digital resources as described on this site.
Program details, curriculum, pricing, and cohort dates are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants.
Enrollment requires completing an application and a strategy call. Acceptance is at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without cause.
Payment terms, installment options, and total program investment will be communicated during the strategy call and confirmed in writing before any charge is processed.
Due to the live, cohort-based nature of this program and the immediate delivery of digital resources and access upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after enrollment is confirmed and access is granted.
If you have a billing dispute or believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 5 business days of the charge.
The First Client Guarantee — if you complete all program requirements and do not book a corporate discovery call within 60 days, we will rebuild your approach with you 1:1. This guarantee is not a refund and does not entitle you to a monetary refund of any kind. Eligibility requires documented completion of all assigned work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
